Working hard to get ready for that warm weather Spring Break trip? Check out our Blog for the link to 15-20 minute workouts targeting Abs, Arms, and Legs with a bonus Flex-Ball workout! (Don’t worry if you don’t have a flex ball – you can still do the workout without one).
