Pilates Mat I is a beginning mat class that will introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates, including breathing, spinal placement and a series of specific exercises to increase core strength and flexibility simultaneously. All new clients are required to attend Pilates I before moving on to Pilates II. Limited to twelve participants per class.
Pilates Mat II is an intermediate/advanced mat class that takes you beyond the basic Pilates mat exercises. The class will move at a faster pace and include exercises that require strong knowledge of the basic principles. All new clients are required to attend Pilates I before moving on to Pilates II. Limited to twelve participants per class.
Pilates Ciircuit is an intermediate/advanced, high-energy class that will rotate through a repertoire of exercises on the mat, Reformer and Stability Chair. Take your Pilates practice to the next level during this complete circuit! Limited to three clients per class. Prerequisite of six private sessions and/or instructor approval.
This intermediate/advanced mat class will tighten your abs, tone your arms, and shrink your thighs, while rotating through mat repertoire with small Pilates props. Ready to step it up? This class if for you! Challenge your body with the addition of the foam roller, toning balls, flex-band, fitness circle and the BOSU. Maximum of eight clients per class.

GYROKINESIS® is done seated on a stool and also on a mat. It begins with “awakening of the senses” and moves through undulating, spiraling, twisting and releasing movements. It is often called “yoga in motion” because it is inspired by yogic ideas, and its’ continuous motion creates more mobility in your spine and joints. Limited to five participants per class.
