We know how hard it is to stay motivated while traveling. Getting away for a deep breath over the holidays can be hard, let alone a workout. I put together some 15-20 minute workouts (a totally reasonable amount of time to sneak away) no equipment needed to help you stay fit, happy and healthy this holiday season. I put together four high-quality (although my apologies they are not high-tech) workouts targeting Abs, Legs, and Arms with a Bonus workout with the Flex Ball (although you can do the workout without the ball if you want). Do one for a short workout or all four for a full hour!
