Pilates is a unique form of body conditioning, developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s. At Harmony, we feature Stott Pilates®, which uses mat and equipment exercises to focus on building a strong core, increasing overall flexibility and improving posture.

bellicon® is an exciting new workout combining the cardiovascular benefits of jumping on a mini-trampoline with the core strengthening and aligning benefits of Pilates. This class will ultimately strengthen your deep, stabilizing postural muscles that control balance and augment core strength.
